sometimes 2-3 days a week

I have been trying to Lucid Dream for quite some time now, (precisely 6 months) and still no results!!! :-( I have read books about LD and have seen many, many, many, many youtube videos on LD... The I-Doser dose does'nt even work! Are there any experenced Lucid Dreamers out there that could help me...

Heck, Ive got the same kind of headphones that the I-Doser scientists use, and I also have a cheap pair of $10 dollar headphones from CVS. Both of them have the same effect on me... So it really doesnt matter, but the headphones have to cover the ENTIRE ear!
