i doser, does jumping to say nitrous 6 over nitrous or nitrous 1 make a difference? will i not feel nitrous 6 because im new to it?

that you'll feel after the dose without having your eyes closed? like just funny as hell, mad tipsy, stuff like that, or what are the best i doses because i wouldn't be surprised if there was more then one.
