I have read that post, but I am asking if there is anything specific to Lucid Dream, seeing as it is a different kind of dose.

There has been a post on what headphones will work with I-doser.

But in general any head phones that range anywhere from 20Hz or 100Hz to 18kHZ or 22kHz.

Any headphones with a fairly large frequency range will do the job

Any tips whilst taking lucid dream?

- Should I lay down during the whole thing or only after it has finished?
- Should I shut my eyes or will I fall asleep before it finishes?
