Well u can always go to the Apothecary and look or ask for some Relaxing Tea. Drink it or smoke it, i think its better to Drink it IMO.

A placebo can for example be at a party:
A guy drinks a beer, and after 3 mins he says: "Oh man, im SO drunk!"
But he isnt really, Hes just Acting if he was, and he also feels like hes Drunk.
