i do how ever have a VERY important question if you use the "Noise Cancelling" Features on a head phone (Adds White noise) could this screw up a dose?

yeah, the number one happened to me, im starting to get minor effects with i-doser now and id be counting and id be like 87... 87... 82... 89... 87... wait? wtf am i doing... 81... 80... 78... it is rather funny when you come to and you realize your subconcious is a moron

I Just tried out of body, i only made it half way through the dose though at about 10 minutes through i felt as if my body became heavy, very heavey yet when i moved it, it seemed really light so i went on with that for a few minutes ( i was awake -.- not thinking) i moved up and i got a little dizz...

Really? when i did insomniac, Last night at that i just simply fell asleep, it helped me relax more, and was the first working dose for me ^^ i wasn't tired either, problem was i slept for a longer time.
