I'd imagine that session uses Theta brainwaves. For me, that's the freakiest. I always hear random things when listening to it. Sometimes to such a bad extent that I must turn it off! (although I've gotten braver :)). If you use it before you go to bed you'll have the strangest dreams. Not very good...

For the beneficial doses (learning, concentration, energy, etc.) binaural beats train your brain and teaches it to keep this brainwave more frequently. Basically, the more you use one of these sessions, the less you need it. As for the hardcore drug sessions, I have no idea! I'd imagine most of them...
