i am new to i doser. And i just tried tripqh (was my second dose ever). I didnt feel awfully much. I have a headphone which can take 20-20khz, it was silent, dark, and the tripqh was on

I do not have high end headphones, so i want to try using my own earplugs from my Samsung g600.
