Lampost is right. This forum is stagnating, and it's a shame that instead of interacting and helping us use I-Doser, you just seem to disappear and ignore all the 'Ask the Admin' questions.

What doses should I try first? I'm convinced this stuff works, but I haven't tried it before and I don't know what I should do first. Should I buy one of the pure doses first, and see if I get an effect from those? Does anyone have any other advice, and reasons for it?

I tried this dose last night and it's worked really well! It's the first dose I've tried apart from Content, and it's surprising how effective it was.
