The rising of the hands sounds like your astral body might have been disconnecting from the physical. And there are usually sounds you might here when you're about to split, which would explain the Darth Vader noise.

I remember when I would practice astral projection and get the rapid heartbeat. I'm sure it's part of the splitting process. It's a little uncomfortable but if you go with it, you will be astral projecting in no time.

The dose is suppose to help you relax and clear your mind. So yes, you are correct. You mustn't rely solely on the dose though. The dose is merely a boost to help you achieve the state of mind needed to astral project.

You must get rid of this fear. It will only prevent you from achieving what you want and make you frustrated. There can be many negative entities on this plane. Most of what we see comes from the mind. You must focus on the task at hand. Fear will only slow you down.

I think the breathing thing is just a barrier when you're in sleep paralysis. It may be a mental thing. The feeling of not being able to move or breath will scare anyone. From online experiences and techniques, I've read you have to be calm and let it past by.

Hmm, the not moving part sounds like sleep paralysis so I would have to say you were fairly close. Maybe if you hadn't tried to break the paralysis and just concentrated till you went into a trance you might have projected. I haven't had any OOBEs yet neither but I've been close a couple of times. I'm kinda also in your situation. I can feel the vibrations and there have been 2 moments where I felt I was extremely close. I think it's all trial and error I believe.

I-doser isn't gonna work first try for everyone. Some people have said it took them 10 tries before I-doser worked for them. Your brain has to get used to the BB.

Yeah, the eye flutter thing (REM) comes natural to me now. Sometimes If I'm just laying down and not using I-doser, I can re-create it by simply thinking of the sounds.

You might not have stereo headphones. Or are you trying to listen to it on youtube?
