I think MultipleO as a first would not be bad, but if are lucky enough to get the effects the first time, you will be shocked by how amazingly intense the feelings are. Best advice I can give is don't start flipping out when you think you feel something. Just let it overtake you and enjoy the ride.

Yeah, don't listen to the dose needlessly loud. That scratching sound is annoying(MarijuanaQH and a few others have it too), but from my experience with MQH, if you get through it, you are rewarded.

I'm a guy, and I get amazing effects from MutipleO. Extremely intense and feels awesome. Also get the same effect from Orgasm, but only one round. With MultipleO, I get the "good stuff" two or three times.
