I think people mistake this technology for what it really is. There is almost no danger whatsoever, unless you have epilepsy... I make my own all the time and i'm fine.

There are theories of binaural frequencies stimulating the pititutary gland to release HGH (human growth hormone).
This is what you would want as far as i can tell. It should be noted that the research done to find these frequencies is probably anecdotal.

This is just my thought but i think you would start around 13 hz and work down to .5 hz and then fade out will going further down very, very slowly...
