I did tranquil. Another good one is MultipleO. They say they are strong but really i don't think they are that intense.

My first dose that I took last week was Tranquil. It was perfect! It wasn't too intense, but I felt the effects.

Try a different dose. I reccoment Tranquil. Also, I have heard that sitting up while taking the dose can be more effective for some people. But yeah just make sure it is dark and there are no distractions.
