Does anyone know if sleep paralysis is a trance state?, also , how to get to the trance state? Do you need to get sleep paralysis first , to get into a trance? Please answer if you can help

While in sleep paralysis, can you control the hallucinations? example, u think of a sound, and you can hear that sound? tht would be cool.

Well, it's in sleep paralysis you can experience hallucinations tho, I've been in it several times, didn't mean to, but ended up in it, concious of course.
