Well, after several days of trying doses, none seem to work on me. I've tried a bunch, from moderate to Very Strong and none of them have worked so far. I do everything I'm supposed to, lie down in the dark, keep my eyes closed, try to concentrate on the beats, even tried the backwards counting tip....
