Am I supposed to be focusing on the sounds or should I just think about whatever. When I tried them before I have noticed that my mind just starts thinking instead of focusing on the beats and I try to settle down and make sure I am listening in. Is this the wrong approach to the sleep doses? I will...

I think I will, any other suggestions? So do you think my brain has just not gotten used to this brainwave technology 100% yet? I plan mostly to use Idoser for uses such as for an energy burst, sleeping or just calming down a little bit, not to get messed up.

I have tried sleep angel and insomniac probably a combined 5-7 times and every time it has failed to put me to sleep. Any tips?
