dont smoke it it will be to much and has no difference for the first time try the tea method its not that bad tasting i.m.o. finely ground up leave will be stronger but not as easy on the stomach

Yea this has to be one of my favorites I use it mostly for calming down to help me sleep but it worked great for me

I like it yea kratom is good but do it to often and you can be dependent so yea a dose would be great but see kratom can be a stimulant or a sedative opiate like dose

Kratom is great i'm surprised you didn't get an effect from the 15x maybe try just the whole leaves the 15x is standardized for one of the primary alkaloids but it's easier to mix and drink forget all the additives like salt unless it's really that bad tasting for you

yea the i-phone app doses are very short I agree I found them effective but when it starts getting good it just stops.....
never tried the Hand of God one though on the app
I think it would be great to have a drg player on it to transfer to the app from the pc files that way you can have a dose handy

I like the stimulant doses in the morning alert+ is one of my favorites
