1st of all , its a support forum , so lets see if someone answers here.... as for the CD vs. program : i got them both , and the ambient sounds are not so loud... its not a big difference.... the main difference is the LENGTH... and if its supposed to be a PROGRAM , how can they compress it half len...

another question :

the mp3 file is 15 mins long , as the original dose file is 30 mins +/-....

(the mp3s of the recreational CD)...

so , whats the difference ? why do i need to listen to 30 mins while using the prog , as 15 would do the same work on the CD/MP3 ??
