How the heck can you do stuff while your dosing? I tried playing red alert 2 and listening to nitrous and even with no in-game sounds it had no effect on me.

Just try something that's more risk-free, but beware that the white noise will become irreplacable if you fall asleep to it too often.

By risk-free I mean doses like inspire or whatever, they haven't started working on me yet, but those are my two cents.
