I think I just need to relax more, should I fear anything at all?

When I listen I just try to imagine looking at myself lying there but I just don't know why it won't work

Sleeping Angel was great. After a few minutes of the dose I almost felt like i was flying and i was in the clouds. shortly after that i just fell asleep. When i woke up i wasn't tired i just felt very relaxed.

I have tried out of body several times and I can't get it to work. During one of my doses I felt like I was almost getting pulled out of my body for a few seconds but then it just stopped.
