Thanks I just got very similar effects from that as my breakthrough dose and had the wierd heart almost pain but not bad also my body felt good all over. Quick question though, since I had a breakthrough will I have to listen to each dose multiple times or should it work right away

i've been trying i-doser for about a week and i've read a lot but i'm still wondering could any of you guys guess an average hours or doses before i get a breakthrough? i only have the i-pod version ads my computer recently crashed and i don't have the money to replace it.
