That would defeat the purpose. If you are expecting the change, it will be a placebo effect. You are not supposed to mentally prepare for something like that, it ruins the effect.

If you're using the MP3 versions of .drg doses, you probably got them pirated, in which case you shouldn't even bother with them. Pirated doses are often fakes, and even when they're the real deal, they lose sound quality when they are compressed to MP3 format.

As long as the MP3's are from the official I-Doser packages, they should work very well. Personally, I like the MP3 doses because they are short, portable, and I enjoy the ambient soundscapes. Good luck!

AND even if torrents are legitimate files, they will almost certainly be reduced quality because of the compression and constant uploading and downloading. Basically, it's a lose-lose. You get crappy doses, and I-Doser loses money.
