Quite hard to understand what you wrote, but I think you were asking if it would still work if the headphones are on the wrong ear?

Well, the answer to that would most likely be, no. This is due to the way they were created.

When I first listened to Peyote this evening, me and my brother did it at the exact same time, and at different parts during the dose we both heard the sound of a washing machine, even though the house was completely silent.

Well, I'm kinda a new I-Doser user. I've tried about 3 doses. Each time I listened to the doses I hear the beats, the "Static sound" and something else, it sounds like my Washer and Dryer even though they aren't on, Does this happen for anyone else?

Did you do it in the Dark? Were you relaxed? I've tried that dose too.. Man I got so freaked..
