So I read about Diet+ and it says it increases metabolism and heartrate; blah blah blah. I just wanted to know how this works more effectively. Do I listen to this the standard way (Lay down, Relaxed, and Concentrated) then I go exercise or is this supposed to be listened to WHILE exercising? Please...
