Does the process of listening to a dose requite concentration and dedication or not? On an iPod, what would be a good equalizer preset? I suppose no equalization should be used. Equalizer apmlifies some frequencies and silences some, so you can be listening to a different "dose" if using equalizer. If it can't be trned off explicitly (I don't know how does it look in iPod...
