I just finished listening to the theta dose on the iphone app and after I was finished, I felt very at peace and even sort of "floaty." Are these somewhat the effects that one is supposed to get from this dose? I'm definitely going to continue listening to it though!

Maybe I should try getting used to entering the hypnagogic state by listening the theta dose several times until I feel some effects, and then trying stronger doses...

Today I did the aftermath dose from the ipod app and I did feel some interesting effects, like a feeling of being swept away. I was wondering if anyone else has gotten these effects from aftermath and if they eventually get stronger?
