You cant be sleep drleprived and dont mix doses (use them one after another). Give an hour or 2 between or use the reset dose hmm, this explains why the sleeping angel dose didn't work for me last night... i had used the alcohol dose right before it (which gave me a loose, calm, comfy feeling), so ...
