If you want to learn how to i-dose, simply Google "How to Meditate." The whole idea is to turn off the brain and think of nothing. Ideally you shouldn't even be counting backwards at all, this should only be done to keep your brain busy and not think of anything to complicated. When you me...

Your experience sounds just like an experience I had a few months back with some local K2 (synthetic cannabinoids sprayed on leaves, more or less). Ok i-dosing has never really worked for swim. Swim may have felt small effects like "I think I feel something" BS, but besides that, Swim couldn't say that i-Dosing was ANYTHING like the real drugs they are supposed to mimic. Maybe it is because Swim couldn't "turn off" his brain...
