Re: cant do it!
This sounds counter-productive, but it works for me every time. I haven't heard of a lot of others who do it this way, though, so it may not work with everyone. When you're in the vibrational state, imagining yourself leaving apparently doesn't work - so stop imagining, and just do it. When I am in ...

Re: Astral attack?
Nothing you encounter out there is dangerous unless you allow it to be. If you panic, the worst case scenario is you could traumatize yourself. But if you remain calm throughout the experience, you will also remain in control. If you see something you think is scary, leave the area to be on the safe...

Re: Am I almost there?
I think you're close! What's holding you back is the excitement you're feeling. It's one of the most common problems people have when trying to project. Once you've been through the sensations a few times, you'll start to get used to them and it will get easier to remain calm. It may also help to sa...

Re: strange thoughts echoing after astral projection eye dos
I experience those kinds of auditory hallucinations nearly every time I project. If they do come from a source other than my own head, there doesn't seem to be any way to know. People often hear their names and theorize that there are astral guides or other beings calling to them, and other sounds a...

Re: One quick question about AP
You might need to help the vibrations along somewhat. For some people, it works to just lie there in the right state and wait for them. If you did this long enough they might occur - but why wait if you don't have to? Here are some techniques you might try. Chances are one of them will bring on some...

Re: Sudden problem with falling asleep while dosing
Try listening to the dose while sitting in a hard-backed chair with no neck support. The slight discomfort from sitting in the chair should be enough to keep you awake, and even if you start to fall asleep your head will drop onto your chest and wake you up again. It also helps to look straight ahea...

Re: Anyone try the 11 new doses?
I tried Hibernate and it puts you out. Don't use it in mp3 format though - something's different about the mp3. It made me sleepy, but it also made me so paranoid and anxious that I couldn't go to sleep. It was like I was afraid of falling asleep, because the closer to losing consciousness I got the...

Re: DMT worse experience than Gates of Hades
I am not sure if it was the effect of DMT dose, but i listened to it before i went to sleep. I had on of the worst nights of my life. I could see my self and feel like i was flying above my bed, like in that movie ' Nightmare on elm street", and i knew something bad would happen to me. I felt ...

Do certain doses enhance others?
I'm wondering if doses that are supposed to have similar effects can enhance each other. For example, if I tried Excite and immediately followed it with MultipleO, would MultipleO be more effective than usual? Has anyone tried something like this? I think it would be interesting to put Peyote and LS...

That's a good idea, if they could do it. It might even be able to help people lose weight by stopping food cravings.

Re: LSD?
Instead of thinking about nothing, try focusing on the sounds you hear. It might also help if you take a minute to relax your body before the dose. I don't know if you had any trouble with falling asleep during the dose, but if you did that can affect its impact too. And make sure you have the .drg ...

Re: Which one to get next???
Since you already did a pack for recreation, I would get the sports one next. That way you can apply it to football and have a chance to make yourself and your team better. It gives you a more well-rounded I-Dose experience. Besides, you can always save up for the other one and make it next on your ...

The first one I used was Afterglow, and it was... pretty nice. Let's just say it did what it was supposed to.

Re: possible to be addicted to idoser?
I don't think it's possible to be physically addicted to it, because there is no physical drug in your system. However, it's probably possible to become psychologically addicted if you use doses solely as a coping mechanism or an escape or something like that. Like someone else said though, the same...
