Alright, I just did Gates of Hades like 20 minutes ago. I heard that you should reset after each dose? is this true? or can I just go to bed and do another dose tomorrow?

I made it till like 21minutes where the high pitched sound started. Summary ( Im guesstimating time btw ): The beginning isn't nothin...easy as pie....doesn't cause anything ill or anything.
