I'm thinking about using memory+ on a daily basis to see if it will actually improve my memory, but I don't feel like wasting my time if it doesn't work. I want to know if anyone has used it on a daily basis and notice improvements in brain function.

Am I supposed to listen to reset inbetween doses?
