Why use drugs if you have I-Doser?

Hello guys, i have been using Turtlebeach PX21 Headset as my headphones. Are they good enough?

So today i heard about I-Doser so i tried Nitrous and i think it worked pretty well. Close to the end, my arms got really heavy and my arms and hands went numb. Now, i seem to be very relaxed and focused So do you think it worked for me? Btw, im using Turtlebeach PX21's as headphones.
