They should both work for Idoser because they are approved by them.
But I think most people prefer headphones. I am not sure, but I choose to buy some approved headphones and they work great for me. I dont see why earbuds would not work either tho.

Nitrious, its 10 minutes and its not a QH.
Sometimes with Quick hits the effects are reduced greatly. I also had my "breakthrough" on Nitrious.
