Be careful and try to research all you can before going any further. In fact, I'm really curious as to why you want to go further with this. Nothing good ever happens to people who see shadow figures, you realize this?

Binaurals for the most part are safe, but take it too far and you're playing with madness.

I think doing meditative exercises opens up the chakras and possibly you could have had a kundalini awakening. Google that and see if any of that makes sense to you.

I saw a similar figure one time while I was going through "sleep paralysis" I felt it was a slender, dark female creature who wished to harm me, but I don't know if she was able.
I don't know if this was an actual entity or figment of my brain.
