The pure doses is most likely, for example Alpha is the state when you get when meditating, and the mild and moderate dose, when you get good effect with them go for more stronger ones. my suggestion and btw you would need to relax and try to meditate before, or you wont be able to get effects.

Hello, so i was wondering if anyone could give me any advice or tips, to stay throught the whole dose, because over the time i've been dosing i've kinda lost my patience, i usually stop at 15min max, when i'm doing 30-45min doses.
