well ive tried using idoser while in bed, and i just kinda fall asleep with no effects.

and ive also tried focusing on the tones while fully awake, laying down in a dark room, and ill go through a whole dose without feeling anything.

i dont know what else to try?

I've been trying every night for the past 2 weeks with no results. I've tried all sorts of doses, but nothing seems to take any effect on me. Could it be my headphones?
