Caffeine is not a good choice in my opinion. I used to have a lot of caffeine drinks and I had trouble sleeping. So I would suggest that it's always good to minimize caffeine consumption.

Sleep is a better choice. Sleeping at the right time is helpful for the mind to freshen up. So do not compromise on your sleep.

Yoga is really good for stress. Start emphasizing on the breathe. If you could try a little of meditation with a few breathing exercises, it would be magical.
