I do as you suggested, It's take me a while to find it.
Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Audio -> Sound Playback --> Advanced ---> Performance ----> Put Hardware Acceleration to None.

I usually do many things in PC, which the OS is Window XP. Well, when I play a dose in I-Doser Premium application at Window XP without background music it's work just fine!
