if you use idoser premium and add your background noise does it have to be soft and relaxing or can it be anything ?? (like heavy metal, not that i like it)

This is probably the wrong topic but... What would happen if you were doing the dose and expecting something to happen and then the dose doesn't work correctly. I do this several times when im dosing and i expect what to happen and im wondering if when your expecting what to happen does that effect ...

i have to say even though this is from last year i will try but i have one question

what should you focus on when the white noise goes away cuz i sometimes listen to things (lets say alcohol) and further on you only get the beats without white noise so what do u concentrate on??
