ok I will but it might take some time because i still need to buy good headphones that are approved and have some more experience dosing. i have only had mild success the most i have gotten out of them is lucid dreaming but i havnt used many others.

okay well maybe i will try it and edit my original post to say how well i slept through the night and it it woke me up or not.
