How would i force myself to wake up from a lucid dream?

Oh and just wondering , is there anyway to view a lucid dream from 1st person? when i had one it seemed to be 3rd person , like i was watching myself

Hi , im new to lucid dreaming and was wondering if theres usually a set time amount on how long you dream for? and is there any specific way to wake up from a lucid dream? thanks
