Yep, they pretty much can make anything, they even made a dose that mimics a drink that was banned almost 200 years ago!!! (I think)

You could try to dose when your hungry, it would block some effects but then you won't fall asleep (I think) or you can try the doses like Aware+ Brain+ etc stuff that would counter the drowsiness, or you can take the blanket or t-shirt or whatever off of your eyes and maybe let a little bit of ligh...
