i'm completely on idoser now, listening from morning till evening.
its just - you select the state you want your mind to have, and hit play.
guess it changed my life.

It would be really cool if the software showed the current state of the dose, describing what it does and how you should be feeling. maybe associated with a picture.

something else that can help: learn about how bineural beats are working, if you understand them, it's much easier to get into the state.

you could also try those upper-dosees, for me they seem to be the easiest. Like Adderall, Ritalin or NGZ.

one would be the "brain boo(s)ter" starting at depress2, going all frequenzies up, hiting important ones from ritalin, adderall and NGZ, till a concentrated mid beta state.
the other would be fictional, "soma" from brave new world, a complementary to skooma.
