I was not even 80% percent through and all I have to say is fuck that. Fuck this. Nope nope nope nope

How can I relax myself enough to use an I-Doser? Every time I try to I feel it, but only a little bit. It seems like my mind is always on something else. I can't ever concentrate on the I-Doser. Any suggestions?
