Hey, I'm new here and generally in I-doser world and I was wondering if you have any suggestion about what dose to start with. I don't want a crazy one,nor one that will make me laugh uncontrollably. I can experience these later. Any suggestions??

What I like to do is lay on my bed and tie a scarf tightly around my eyes. I like the feeling it creates...try it out
