i've noticed something strange which is, when i looked into the mirror while i was astral, all i see is just a blur. There's no face of me. What its supposed to mean?

i've come across this word ' Harmonic Box' & I'm not what its supposed to mean?..anyone?..

Just for info, in Muslim world there is a term called 'Hijab' or what we called as a our third eye.
Normally, this 3rd eye is completely closed but there is a way to open it & once it opened you can see those that being invisible from our naked eyes.

So if lets say I keep on going with my body's numb & cannot move at all, would I experience the astral projection?..and if so what would be the next stage after I feel my body numb & cannot move?

sounds like from the movie 'Insidious'..but our soul & body is always linked by a 'Silver Cord' but its invisible
