I have listened to these doses (regular and QuickHit) but didn't really get any results... The 'best' result I get is a little bit of feeling as if I'm building up an orgasm when listening to MultipleO Quickhit, but that's it. Anybody got some useful tips or something to get the best out of these do...

Hello! I have tried iDosers in the past (years ago) and I came past it a while ago and thought of trying it out again. I was wondering which doses might be good to start with or which doses you guys recommend? I remember the whole 'Strong/Very Strong, Intermediate' thing, but I'm not sure which ones...
