I have actually tried the finger one on the same day i read it on some website, and i counted having 7 fingers once, ha. I looked back and had 5 again. I was then aware that i was dreaming. Sadly, i woke up soon after, before i could do anything.

If i did that, would it have the same effect, or do i need to be awake the full 30 minutes?
