well when ur tired and eyes closed it makes sense that the body would fall asleep.. as if u have something important the next day I guess clear ur mind a bit...or ..well depends on ur goal..but keep dim light if darkness or w/e makes u sleep.. though I found the quickHappy made me sleep when tired.....

I think statistics for each drug and possible side effects should be listed.
