do i have to stay in a quiet room and like not do anything?
Do you have to be in a dark room and like focus

i recommend you do nothing with your eyes closed. but hey, if you want to fly a jet while dosing then be my guest

Against idoser forums did a good job so i recommend it. It worked for me...................after a few dozen times but the fact that it worked is all that matters
