Hello im new to I Doser and I've tried some of doses (trip 3 times, french roast, alcohol, out of body) and none of them had any effect I'm in a dark room, eyes closed, and concentrating on the music (but my mid does sometimes wander), and im using PSP earbuds which are realy good at low volume.

Any tips? Also which dose would you say im the most likely to get an effect out of?

Try "vico" or "nitrous" these doses is quite easy to get effect on.

i tried nitrous but this was after anastesia(sp) so i fell asleep right after heh

Your probably right about the "Reverse Tolerance" because i had no effects at all when I started. I'll take your advice and try doing one dose a day and see if I get better effects after a few weeks.
